Adrienne currently serves as a district office administrator in a school district’s Office of School Support and Safety in Maryland. She is charged to build relationships, informed instructional practices, and improve school attendance and climate. Purposefully posited to service a cluster of (26) K-8 schools, as a district leader, she esteems pleasure in training administrators, Instructional Leadership Teams, and teacher teams to help build school capacity and drive school improvement while establishing and monitoring effective systems that ensure that schools are compliant with federal, state and local requirements as well as meeting the individual needs of students.
Ms. Gordon is a certified school administrator and has several national certifications from the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRC) and from CPI in Non-violent Crisis Prevention. She also does community service work with clinical psychologists and substance abuse counselors to administer assessments, provide resources, educational services, and provide comprehensive treatment to adolescents and adults.
